Automotive Sales Manager/ GSM Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Cold call and visit potential customers to promote car sales
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and explain the features and benefits of different car models
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle sales transactions
- Maintain accurate inventory control and update records of vehicles in stock
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:

- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to perform calculations accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
